After announcing the news last week, dates have been revealed for Chris Brown and Usher’s co-headlining “R&B” (“Raymond and Brown”) tour, kicking off this summer.
The 33-show stadium trek begins June 26 in Denver at Empower Field at Mile High, then moves through cities including Detroit, Nashville, and Washington, D.C. Along the way, the pair will play multiple nights at major venues such as MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas, SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles, and Atlanta’s Mercedes-Benz Stadium. The tour wraps up December 11 in Tampa at Raymond James Stadium.
Brown is gearing up for a busy season, and will release his 12th studio album, BROWN, on May 8th. The album news came alongside Brown’s new track “Obvious” – the project’s second single (following the Grammy-nominated “It Depends” featuring Bryson Tiller).
Usher recently wrapped his “Past, Present, Future” tour last year, while Brown closed out his “Breezy Bowl XX” world tour last October, celebrating his 20 year music career. The global stadium trek pulled in nearly $300 million and sold close to two million tickets across 49 shows in North America and Europe.
Tickets for “The R&B Tour” go on sale Monday, April 27 at noon local time through Ticketmaster and the artists’ official websites. Fans can register for early access by signing up before 10 p.m. ET on April 21 to join the Artist Presale.
